Interfile Project

Located in Racine, WI

Salary: $20.00/hr.

• This is an interfile project, requiring sorting by Dewey Decimal numbers (up to four digits past the decimal point).
• Workers must be able to speak and read English and alphabetize accurately.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds—tasks include unloading books from boxes and stocking library shelves.
• Physical activity required: lifting boxes, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• High attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Breaks: One unpaid 30-minute lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks (morning and afternoon).
• Dress Code: Conservative, school-appropriate casual attire. Jeans or modest-length shorts are acceptable (no rips or tears). Sneakers or boots required.
• Bring: Own snacks, lunch, and water.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (End time may vary based on completion of work)
