Warehouse / Forklift / Inventory Associate – $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse / Forklift / Inventory Associate for a company in Lexington, KY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company looking for someone dependable who wants to become a long-term member of their team.

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Lexington, KY
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving
• Maintain and organize warehouse inventory
• Operate a forklift safely
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Enter and maintain information using a computer
• Assist with inventory tracking and accuracy
• Drive company vehicle as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
• Work closely with other team members
• Complete occasional day trips to Elizabethtown as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Must work well with others and fit into a team-oriented environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
• Must be willing and able to meet any required DOT and/or HazMat certification requirements for the position

Additional Information:

This position may require on-call availability approximately once per month for after-hours and weekend needs. Because of the on-call responsibility, someone located in or reasonably close to Lexington would be ideal.
