Job Summary:
The Millwright is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. The role requires interpreting technical drawings, performing precision alignments, and following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and dismantle industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical failures and equipment breakdowns.
• Align, level, and calibrate machinery using precision measuring instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Replace defective components such as bearings, gears, belts, pumps, and motors.
• Operate welding, cutting, rigging, and lifting equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and production personnel to minimize downtime.
