Location: Baton Rouge, Louisiana (70809)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Position Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Baton Rouge. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them both in person and over the phone. If you have a knack for problem-solving, enjoy interacting with people, and possess some mechanical aptitude for hands-on tasks, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Assist customers by phone and in-person at our facility to help them find the exact parts they need.

• Needs Assessment & Research: Interact extensively with clients to clarify requirements, conduct research, and recommend the best parts solutions.

• Sales & Quotations: Provide accurate price quotes, take orders, and actively work to meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maximizing customer satisfaction.

• Post-Order Support: Handle post-order service inquiries and ensure smooth transaction resolutions.

• Technical & Physical Tasks: Physically measure specifications on a wide variety of parts.

• Hands-On Duties: Occasionally perform hands-on tasks that require basic mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for extensive customer interaction.

• Comfortable researching parts and providing recommendations.

• Sales-oriented mindset with a drive to meet monthly targets.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with occasionally performing hands-on, physical duties (such as measuring part specs).

• Reliable and punctual, able to commit to a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule.
