We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in various welding techniques, and the ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints. As a Robotic Welder, you will play a vital role in ensuring precision manufacturing processes, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to the overall quality of our products. Shifts: Days 7:00am - 3:15pm, Afternoon 3:00pm - 11:15pm, Night 11:00pm - 7:15am

Pay rate: $19/hour - $22/hour + 4% vacation pay ( based on experience )

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welding systems with precision, ensuring adherence to specified weld parameters and safety protocols.
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble components.
• Perform manual tasks such as rigging, plasma cutting, and using hand tools or power tools for preparation and finishing work.
• Conduct routine inspections of welded parts using calipers and other measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain detailed documentation of welding processes, adjustments, and quality checks for compliance purposes.
• Support machining, assembly, and fabrication activities as needed within the manufacturing process.
• Assist with crane operations and forklift handling for material movement and equipment setup.
• Follow safety procedures diligently when working with ductwork, press brake machines, or during construction-related tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency and uphold quality standards across all operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in robotic welding or related manufacturing roles involving MIG and TIG welding techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in rigging, machining, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, press brake machines, plasma cutters, cranes, forklifts, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Strong understanding of welding principles along with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and tolerances.
• Knowledge of schematics, ductwork fabrication, construction experience is advantageous.
• Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions precisely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality assurance.
• Prior experience working with manufacturing environments that require adherence to strict safety standards is preferred.
