Part-Time Accountant

We’re looking for a part-time Accountant to join our team and provide reliable accounting support while helping strengthen our day-to-day bookkeeping processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support accounting and financial reporting activities
• Review financial records and help ensure accuracy and consistency
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to our current Bookkeeper
• Help improve accounting procedures, systems, and internal controls
• Work collaboratively with leadership to address accounting questions and needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• CPA preferred
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Previous accounting experience; experience supervising or mentoring bookkeeping staff is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
