Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and fulfilling orders promptly and accurately.
Perform heavy lifting in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
Operate a forklift efficiently and safely to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
Take direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
Work in varying temperatures, including hot environments, and be willing to work overtime as needed (sometimes up to 6 days a week).
Requirements:
Proven experience in warehouse operations, including forklift operation.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Safety mindset with a commitment to following all safety protocols and procedures.
Availability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work overtime as required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Previous experience or knowledge in agricultural operations is a plus.
