Sanitation Associate – Multiple Shifts (Lodi, CA)

Pay: $19.40/hr (Shift 1) • $21.40/hr with differential (Shift 3) 

Shift 1: 6:00 AM start (±1 hour), Monday–Friday

Shift 3: 9:30 PM start (±1 hour), Monday–Friday

Job Summary

Join a food‑production facility as a Sanitation Associate responsible for cleaning, disassembling, and sanitizing production equipment to maintain food safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and reassemble equipment using COP/CIP systems

• Monitor chemical concentrations and maintain CIP logs

• Follow the Master Cleaning Schedule

• Perform basic troubleshooting

• Maintain a safe, GMP‑compliant work area

• Operate SCADA systems

• Train new associates as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• 1 year manufacturing/industrial experience

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to train others and work in a self‑directed team

• SCADA proficiency

• Knowledge of GMP, food safety, and machine operation

• LOTO certification required (issued by location)

Pre‑Screen Questions

• Can you work the listed shift (with occasional weekends)?

• Do you have Lockout/Tagout experience?

• Experience with sanitation chemical handling/transfer?

• Prior sanitation experience?
