Fabrication Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fabrication environment. This position is responsible for overseeing production activities, promoting workplace safety, ensuring quality standards are met, developing team members, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Job Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication and production activities
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to ensure operational goals are achieved
• Promote and enforce workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and customer specifications
• Train, coach, and develop production employees
• Identify and resolve production, quality, and operational issues
• Maintain clear communication with employees, management, and other departments
• Monitor productivity and implement process improvements as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Assist with scheduling, workload distribution, and resource planning

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment required
• Strong leadership and employee development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
