Residential Specialist

Pay: $22/hr
Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Schedule: Full time, flexible availability required for weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a polished and service-minded Residential Specialist for a luxury residential property. This position combines hospitality, security, and resident services, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, staying active, and creating a welcoming environment.

As a Residential Specialist, you will assist residents and guests throughout the property while helping maintain a safe, professional, and well organized environment. You may work at the front desk, entrance, amenity areas, security stations, and other common areas.

What You Will Do

• Welcome residents, guests, vendors, and visitors with genuine aloha
• Assist with resident questions, requests, packages, and amenity reservations
• Monitor entrances, cameras, and common areas
• Complete property patrols and document activities or concerns
• Coordinate visitor, contractor, delivery, and loading dock access
• Support vehicle flow, parking guidance, and luggage assistance
• Respond appropriately to safety, security, and emergency situations
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate with team members by radio
• Help keep shared spaces organized, clean, and ready for residents
• Provide additional support to property management as needed 

What We Are Looking For

• At least three years of security or related experience
• Previous luxury hotel or condominium experience is preferred
• Hawaii Guard Card
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive and park manual transmission vehicles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and remain professional under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred 

This is an active position that requires frequent standing and walking, along with bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Candidates must be comfortable working throughout different areas of the property and assisting with vehicles when needed.
