Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or until work is completed
Overtime: Some overtime may be required or mandated during busy periods

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Plant City!

We are looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate to assist the shipping team with processing and preparing customer orders. This is a hands-on warehouse position that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the flexibility to work until daily tasks are completed.

Job Duties

• Assist the shipping team with processing orders
• Perform quality control checks
• Pack, wrap, and strap products for shipment
• Label products and completed orders accurately
• Process orders using a computer
• Use an iPad to take and upload photos
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow instructions and established procedures
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without restrictions
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift, excluding breaks
• Basic computer skills for processing orders
• Comfortable using an iPad to take and upload photos
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to work until all assigned tasks are completed
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English without an interpreter
• Bilingual candidates are welcome
• Forklift experience is not required, but candidates must be willing to learn if needed; training is provided on-site
• Must maintain a safety-first mindset at all times

PPE / Safety Requirements

• Safety vest must be worn at all times in the warehouse — provided by the company
• ASTM 2413-05 approved safety-toe shoes are required and are not provided
• Safety shoes must have:
  • Steel or composite toe construction
  • Minimum 4-inch upper to adequately cover the ankle area
  • Puncture-resistant soles
  • Slip-resistant soles
