As the Safety & Compliance Coordinator, You'll Be Responsible For: 

• Conducting field inspections, safety observations, and hazard assessments. 

• Supporting FMCSA, DOT, OSHA/HIOSH, and company compliance programs. 

• Maintaining training, driver qualification, inspection, and regulatory records. 

• Investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and tracking corrective actions. 

• Coordinating safety training, new hire orientations, and toolbox talks. 

• Monitoring compliance deadlines and ensuring audit readiness. 

• Partnering with operations and leadership teams to promote a culture of safety. 

• Providing hands-on coaching and reinforcing safe work practices in the field. 

Our Ideal Safety & Compliance Coordinator Candidate: 

• Experience in safety, compliance, construction, transportation, industrial operations, or a related field. 

• Knowledge of FMCSA, DOT, OSHA/HIOSH, or other regulatory requirements. 

• Strong organizational, communication, and investigation skills. 

• Experience conducting inspections, training employees, or supporting compliance initiatives preferred. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn safety management systems. 

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
