Billing Specialist

Located in Port Orchard, WA

Salary: $24.00

Overview: Local HVAC contractor is looking for a Billing Clerk to fulfill administrative tasks.

JOB DUTIES:

May include but not limited to the following:

• Receiving, sorting and tracking incoming payments
• Sending invoices and account updates
• Scheduling and dispatching calls
• Computer literacy

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Desire to learn office accounting procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to details

Hours/Shift:
Monday – Friday from 9:30AM – 4:00PM

 

Pay:
$22-$27/ hour DOE
