Schedule Options

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–12:00 PM

Mid Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 4:00 AM–8:00 PM

• 16-hour shifts
• Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday

Job Duties

Cart Pullers will be responsible for helping maintain an organized and efficient flow of carts and traffic in a busy delivery environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Collecting and moving carts throughout the work area
• Keeping carts organized and available for drivers
• Assisting with the flow of delivery vehicles
• Directing drivers to appropriate areas when needed
• Monitoring vehicle traffic and helping prevent congestion
• Communicating with drivers and providing clear instructions
• Using an app to check routes and package readiness
• Helping ensure drivers are able to park, load their packages, and leave efficiently
• Working in a fast-paced environment where drivers have limited time to load and depart
• Addressing situations where drivers arrive too early and directing them to return at the appropriate time
• Maintaining a safe and organized work area

Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in hot weather
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Must be comfortable working at a fast pace
• Must be able to read and use an app
• Strong communication skills
• Must be comfortable speaking with drivers and providing directions
• Must be professional, friendly, and confident when communicating with others
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Must be willing to follow safety procedures
• Weekend associates must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday

Background & Drug Screen

• 7-year background check required
• 5-panel drug screen required

Assignment Information

The initial assignment is expected to last 2 weeks to 1 month, with the possibility of extending longer based on performance and client needs. Strong attendance, reliability, and professionalism are extremely important for this position.
