Warehouse Worker - 1st Shift 

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a great company in Rockford! This position is temp to hire, and we are seeking someone with industrial experience, mechanical aptitude, and overall eagerness to learning! Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

 

Job Duties:

• Use a tape measure to measure products for cutting 
• Use standard hand tools, power tools, and saws
• Complete tasks in the shop as needed
• Learn job specific roles 

 

Job Requirements:

• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Lift 50lbs as needed and be on feet for the duration of shift
• Must be comfortable using a computer
• Great personality with a willingness to learn 
• High School Diploma or GED is required 
• Dependent upon background check and drug test
