Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Technician to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HVAC experience and be EPA certified.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Identify and repair equipment problems efficiently
• Ensure HVAC systems are operating safely and properly
• Follow all local, state, and national safety regulations
• Provide professional service and communicate effectively with customers and team members

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of HVAC experience required

• EPA Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete repairs
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
