Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Maintenance and Safety: Oversee the maintenance, security, cleanliness, and safety of shops and job sites.
• Employee Management: Train and manage employees to effectively execute construction tasks.
• Budget and Schedule Setup: Assist in setting up and executing budgets and schedules.
• Daily Operations: Oversee daily operations across multiple job sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to plans.
• Documentation Maintenance: Maintain necessary documents to ensure plans are executed accurately.
• Project Coordination: Participate in project coordination meetings, helping to utilize and schedule employees effectively.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with firm, state, and national billing codes.
• Travel: Travel to surrounding areas for work as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance regulations.
