Requirements:

• 1+ year of janitorial, custodial, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
• Comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the day

Job Duties:

• Perform general custodial and janitorial duties
• Clean and maintain work areas, facilities, and common areas
• Assist the Maintenance Department with small projects and daily tasks
• Help with general labor duties as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

The majority of the role will focus on custodial/janitorial responsibilities, with opportunities to assist the maintenance team with small projects throughout the day.
