We are seeking 3 dependable and safety-focused Flaggers to support heavy equipment operations on active job sites. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and play a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient operations.

✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO

🚧 Guide operators of excavators, dozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment

👋 Direct equipment during:

• Backing
• Dumping
• Loading
• Tight-clearance maneuvers

📢 Maintain clear communication with equipment operators and crew members

🦺 Monitor work zones to ensure safety procedures are followed

⚠️ Help prevent accidents and protect personnel, equipment, and property

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

✔ OSHA 10 Certification Required

✔ Knowledge of hand signals used for heavy equipment operations

✔ Strong communication skills

✔ Ability to remain alert and safety-focused at all times

✔ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

✔ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

✔ Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
