A local company in South Beloit is looking for a Yard Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position will assist customers bringing in non-ferrous (NF) materials and help with receiving, sorting, and processing materials.

Job Duties:

• Assist customers dropping off materials
• Process customer transactions
• Identify and sort different types of metal/materials
• Assist with material processing as needed
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Work both independently and as part of the yard team

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to identify different types of materials
• Comfortable working in a dusty and dirty outdoor/yard environment
• Dependable and willing to perform hands-on work

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Location: South Beloit, IL
