Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Automotive Detailers to join a locally owned vehicle auction team. In this role, you will work alongside a team to prepare vehicles for weekly dealer auctions by cleaning, inspecting, and ensuring vehicles are ready for dealership inventory.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles from the lot to the detail area using a valid driver's license.

• Remove trash, debris, and personal items from vehicles.

• Perform interior cleaning, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and preparing vehicles for presentation.

• Complete exterior vehicle washes and basic cleaning tasks.

• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for auction.

• Assist with moving vehicles throughout the lot as needed.

• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet weekly auction deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.

• Previous automotive detailing, cleaning, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable performing physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, and lifting.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

• Automotive auction lot environment.

• Hands-on position with daily movement and vehicle handling.

• Team-oriented workplace with a focus on preparing vehicles for weekly dealer auctions.

• Vehicles may come from repossession and require thorough cleaning and preparation before being presented to dealerships.
