Entry-Level Maintenance Technician

Location: South Bend, IN
Pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-3:30 PM
Possible Saturdays as needed

We are seeking an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to assist with facility, grounds, and general maintenance while training alongside experienced maintenance technicians.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined and wants to build a career in industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform basic facility and grounds maintenance
Assist with general repairs and maintenance projects
Help experienced technicians with equipment repairs
Assist with preventive maintenance
Use basic hand and power tools
Help troubleshoot basic mechanical issues
Maintain clean and safe work areas
Learn industrial equipment and maintenance procedures through hands-on training

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Previous maintenance, construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience preferred
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
