We are actively recruiting for an immediate, 1st Shift entry-level Shipping Clerk on behalf of a leading client in Grapevine, TX. This is a great opportunity to jumpstart your logistics career in a structured, team-oriented environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring devices, processing shipments, and ensuring accurate, on-time delivery of customer orders. We are moving quickly, and qualified candidates will be reviewed as soon as applications are received.
Device Configuration: Configure and verify devices prior to shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Shipping Systems: Process outgoing packages daily using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
Quality & Verification: Inspect serial numbers, quantities, and documentation against order details to maintain zero-error fulfillment.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous tracking numbers, shipping logs, and documentation.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational guidelines within the work environment.
Experience: Open to entry-level candidates willing to learn! Prior experience or exposure to UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager is a strong plus.
Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy, including general familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to Detail: High accuracy, strong accountability, and a good eye for verifying numbers and documentation.
Communication & Teamwork: Clear communication skills; reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and with a team.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and handle packaging throughout a standard 1st shift schedule.
