Reconstruction Repair Lead

Pay: $24-$28/hour DOE + overtime and on-call pay
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with rotating on-call duties
Location: Residential and commercial job sites

Help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, and property damage. We're seeking a skilled Reconstruction Repair Lead who takes pride in quality workmanship, leadership, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a reconstruction team
• Perform framing, drywall, painting, flooring, finish carpentry, cabinet, and trim installation
• Read blueprints and follow project plans
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and jobsite activities
• Complete daily documentation and maintain safe, organized worksites
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• 1+ year of construction, restoration, or reconstruction experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Experience with drywall finishing, painting, carpentry, and cabinetry
• Ability to read blueprints
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Water/fire restoration experience and IICRC certifications are a plus

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in active construction environments
