We are seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators for our key clients located in Auburn Hills, Rochester, Lake Orion, Shelby Twp., Sterling Heights, Macomb, Clinton Twp. and Mount Clemens. CNC Lathe or mill experience is required. We are hiring on all three shifts. These positions offer significant benefits including:

Job Duties:
- Knowledge and understanding of metric/standard measurements and decimals
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to run one or more machine while making offsets and tool changes
- Experience using precision measuring tools - micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.
- Understand and troubleshoot basic machine alarms
- Load and unload parts and components
- Control part specifications and quality adjustments
- Ability to perform necessary maintenance procedures while maintaining cleanliness
Requirements:
- 1+ Year of Machine Operating experience
- CNC Mill or Lathe Operating experience
- Ability to use basic gauges such as micrometers, calipers, height stands, attribute gauges, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-driven environment
- Ability to understand and follow safety and quality guidelines
- Ability to read, comprehend and write English for completion of documentation and effective communication with teammates
- Manual dexterity & ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
