Production Lead 

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: 1st & 3rd Shift 
Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 production facility.

Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Production Lead to help drive production, quality, food safety, and team performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This working-lead role supports the Production Supervisor by coordinating daily operations, troubleshooting production issues, training employees, and ensuring production goals are met. You may provide daily direction to a team of up to 25 employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and support daily production schedules.
• Lead, train, and motivate production team members.
• Monitor production performance, quality, safety, and food safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Assist with employee onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and departmental goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Manufacturing, production, packaging, or distribution experience.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
