We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead its rapidly growing e‑commerce operations. The position oversees the entire warehouse and order fulfillment process, from receiving and inventory management to final delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on‑time service

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage day‑to‑day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, assembly, production, and quality control 

• Fulfillment Oversight: Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and shipped on time, meeting customer expectations 

• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 warehouse personnel, providing hands‑on support and fostering a collaborative, safety‑oriented culture 

• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse performance

• Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for e‑commerce fulfillment, including coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams 

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure compliance with warehouse and operational standards 

• Inventory & ERP Systems: Maintain accurate inventory records, operate ERP and warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite), and manage production inventory 

• Customer Service: Ensure high service levels for the robotics and plastic materials markets, supporting Robosource’s mission to serve educators, students, and teams 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse or manufacturing operations, with e‑commerce fulfillment experience preferred 

• Skills: Forklift operation, inventory management, order fulfillment, lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and leadership.

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field; trade school or manufacturing training is acceptable 

• Other: Driver’s license, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work flexible schedules
