Fargo, North Dakota Production Company is seeking a Light Production Operator. This vital role is involved in the manufacturing process, ensuring the seamless production of high-quality products. You'll be part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining efficiency and excellence from setup to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare machines for setup and operation.
• Monitor and maintain machines to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Conduct inspections of finished products.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to multitask, work on your feet, and have an eye for detail is key. The hourly starting rate is at $20/hour. The company offers excellent benefits including paid time off, health, vision, life insurance, and more. Typical hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 pm – 4:30 am with some schedule flexibility.
