Primary Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Compare packing slips and purchase orders to received materials.
• Unload trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment.
• Accurately enter received inventory into the warehouse management system.
• Label, stage, and organize materials for storage or distribution.
• Report shipment discrepancies or damaged products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
• Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and inventory teams.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.

Qualifications

• Previous receiving or warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift and/or crane experience and certification preferred (or willingness to become certified).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
