Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Overtime: Mandatory overtime required, up to 50+ hours per week, including Saturdays as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Order Pickers with Cherry Picker experience to join our growing warehouse team. In this role, you will accurately pick customer orders using paper pick slips and RF scanners while safely operating a Cherry Picker, Double-Reach Truck, or Stand-Up Forklift to retrieve inventory from elevated rack locations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, is safety-focused, and consistently meets productivity and accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using paper pick slips and an RF scanner while meeting daily production goals of approximately 200 picks/lines per day.

• Safely operate a Cherry Picker, Double-Reach Truck, or Stand-Up Forklift for the majority of the shift to retrieve inventory from elevated storage locations.

• Stage, pack, pallet-wrap, and prepare completed orders for shipment.

• Prepare outbound shipments for LTL freight and parcel carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and Amazon.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying product locations and reporting discrepancies.

• Perform daily pre-operation inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Assist with inventory movement, staging, and other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous Cherry Picker experience is required.

• Experience operating a Double-Reach Truck and/or Stand-Up Forklift is preferred.

• Previous experience as an Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, or in a similar distribution or warehouse environment.

• Experience using RF scanners to pick and track inventory.

• Ability to consistently meet productivity and accuracy expectations.

• Familiarity with LTL freight and parcel shipping processes is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to workplace safety.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout an 8–10+ hour shift.

• Ability to safely lift and move warehouse materials as needed.

• Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating a Cherry Picker.

• Comfortable working in a warm and humid warehouse environment.

• Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays, as business needs require.
