Equipment Operator / General Laborer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Seeking a dependable Equipment Operator to support outdoor maintenance, construction, and general labor projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who works safely, follows instructions, and enjoys working outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate light and heavy motorized equipment.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance.
  • Assist with outdoor maintenance, construction, and repair projects.
  • Maintain roads, drainage areas, rights-of-way, and other outdoor spaces.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
  • Complete general labor duties as assigned.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Requirements

  • Equipment operation or construction experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to climb, bend, kneel, walk, and sit for extended periods.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
  • Must meet applicable pre-employment requirements.
