Bilingual Construction Scheduling Coordinator

We’re hiring a dependable, bilingual administrative professional to support scheduling and daily operations for residential construction projects. This position requires strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Location: Local office position
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Schedule work for new construction and occupied homes
• Communicate with builders, homeowners, field supervisors, and crews
• Assist with daily schedules and subcontractor payroll
• Scan construction plans and work orders
• Answer incoming calls as needed
• Provide backup scheduling support
• Complete additional administrative duties

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic
• Construction or scheduling experience is a plus
