Janitorial / Animal Care Assistant (No Animal Handling)

Location: Caldwell, ID
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $17.00 per hour

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Janitorial / Animal Care Assistant. This position focuses on maintaining a clean, sanitary environment for our facility.

Important: This role does not involve handling or working directly with animals.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize empty dog and cat kennels
Wash and fold laundry
Wash dishes and other cleaning equipment
Mop hallways and common areas
Clean and disinfect restrooms
Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness of the facility
Perform other general housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications

Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and stay on task
Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties
Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet for most of the shift
Janitorial or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
