We are urgently seeking motivated Warehouse Associates, Cherry Picker Operators and Cargo Van drivers to join our dynamic logistics team in Franklin, MA.

Schedules & Pay Rates:

Warehouse:(M-F) 8am - 4:30pm plus overtime.............................$19/hr

Cherry Picker Operator:(M-F) 8am - 4:30pm plus overtime....... $20/hr

Cargo Van Driver: (M-F) 6am - until deliveries are completed... $22 - $23/hr

Duties

• Safely operate cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to retrieve and store inventory efficiently.
• Load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques and heavy lifting practices that adhere to safety standards.
• Drive Cargo Vans along designated routes, ensuring compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws.
• Deliver goods promptly to customers or business locations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with dispatch.
• Assist with warehouse operations including moving stock, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Follow safe lifting practices during manual handling tasks and ensure proper weight handling in the workplace.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license or relevant driver certification; experience with commercial truck driving or courier services is a plus.
• Experience operating cargo vans, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment such as forklifts or cherry pickers.
• Proven delivery driver experience with a strong focus on adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks consistently.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for route management and communication during deliveries.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
• DOT card or ability to obtain a DOT card for Van Driver
