Construction Worker Job Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor and skilled trade work on commercial construction sites.
• Assist with concrete installation, masonry projects, steel erection, and PEMB construction.
• Interpret project plans, blueprints, construction drawings, and job specifications.
• Operate construction equipment, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize construction materials and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, foremen, and construction crews.
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, productive work environment.
• Complete projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship.

Construction Laborer & Skilled Trades Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Concrete construction
  • Concrete finishing
  • Masonry work
  • Steel erection
  • Ironworking
  • Structural welding
  • Carpentry
  • Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) installation
  • Commercial construction projects
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to job site safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from construction job sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding work.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred but not required.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience, skills, and qualifications)

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Day Shift
• 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available
• Overtime and weekend work available as needed
