What You'll Do

• Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation (pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, etc.) for accuracy and completeness
• Order and verify third-party documentation, including credit reports, title searches, appraisals, and employment verifications
• Submit complete loan packages to underwriting and help clear conditions for final approval
• Keep borrowers, loan officers, and real estate agents updated on file status in a clear, professional way
• Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines and mortgage industry regulations

What You'll Bring

• Mortgage processing, banking, administrative, or finance experience is a plus
• High accuracy in reviewing financial documents and data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
• Great time management and multitasking skills to meet closing deadlines
