We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our food production warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within our distribution center.

The ideal Stand-Up Forklift Operator candidate will have at least 1 year of stand-up forklift experience and at least 1 year of experience operating a handheld scanner for inventory record maintenance in a fast-paced work environment and possess a strong safety focus, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity.

**Some areas of this facility is refrigerated. Some areas are near ovens & are warmer.**

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Shifts:

1st= 6:00AM-2:00PM

2nd= 2:00PM-10:00PM

3rd= 10:00PM-6:00AM

*MUST be available to work more than 8 hours per shift if required.

*MUST be available to work Saturday & Sunday if required.

Duties

• Safely operate Stand-Up counter balanced double reach truck and electric rider pallet jack.
• Pick and Stage customer orders, load outgoing shipments while documenting inventory movements, expiration & lot/serial numbers using hand held scanners.

Skills

• Proven experience operating stand-up forklifts such as reach trucks, Hi-Lo forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks in a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order picking procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling.
• Excellent physical strength for heavy lifting tasks combined with good mechanical knowledge.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order accuracy.
• Experience in shipping & receiving processes along with warehouse distribution practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
