A growing company in the Port Richey area is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join its team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a professional office or call center setting, be comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and possess strong organizational skills. Experience contacting customers regarding past-due accounts and coordinating appointments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
Make outbound calls to customers regarding account updates and past-due balances
Schedule service appointments and delivery orders
Coordinate scheduling with internal departments
Process customer payments and assist with billing inquiries
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office or call center environment
Previous call center experience preferred
Experience with collections, accounts receivable, or past-due account calls is a plus
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional work references required
Experience with service scheduling or dispatching is a plus
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
