We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Food Server to working at out clients in Napa. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address requests or concerns promptly.
• Refill beverages and provide additional items as needed.
• Process guest payments accurately.
• Clear tables by removing dishes, glassware, utensils, and other dining items.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables for incoming guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and completing end-of-shift cleanup.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays, dishes, and supplies as needed.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
