Monel Coating Technician 2nd shift 

Mon.-Fri. 3:30pm-2am (that is including overtime)

 

As a Monel Coating Technician, you'll play an important role in applying protective Monel coatings that help ensure equipment is durable, corrosion-resistant, and built to last. You'll work alongside a skilled production team while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment used to apply Monel protective coatings.
• Prepare equipment and surfaces for coating applications.
• Apply Monel coatings to manufactured equipment and components according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure high-quality, corrosion-resistant finishes.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coating process issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift as needed, and work in a manufacturing environment.
