What You'll Do

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to develop relationships built on consultative selling techniques.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing persuasively.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products.
