Commercial HVAC Service Technician 

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Service & Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance and service on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues.
• Complete repairs and equipment installations as assigned.
• Prioritize service calls and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work records.
• Stay current on equipment and product knowledge.

Customer Service

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Communicate service recommendations and equipment needs professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns in a courteous manner.

Safety & Team Support

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous HVAC, mechanical, construction, maintenance, or technical experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification preferred.
• Previous experience servicing HVAC equipment or related mechanical systems.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the HVAC industry.

Schedule

Job Type: Full-Time

Entry-Level: $20.00 - $25.00/Hour

Experienced: $38.00 - $45.00/Hour
