Part-Time Entry-Level IT Support

Located in Fort Worth, TX

Salary: 18-20

An aerospace company in West Fort Worth is adding a Part-Time IT Support Specialist to their team! 

 

Pay: $18-$20/hr

 

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

 

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• Responding in a timely manner to IT issues and requests
• Providing technical support to employees/ management
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and IT principles   
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively to aid problem-solving
• Familiarity with common software and hardware
