We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our growing personal injury law firm in Middlesex County area in NJ.  This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent college graduate with a degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field who is interested in pursuing a career in the legal profession.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients seeking legal representation.
• Conduct initial client interviews and gather information regarding accidents, injuries, and claims.
• Evaluate potential cases and document intake information accurately.
• Schedule consultations with attorneys and maintain client records in the case management system.
• Request and organize supporting documentation, including police reports, medical records, and insurance information.
• Follow up with prospective clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake process.
• Assist attorneys and legal staff with administrative and case-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, Pre-Law, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal software is a plus.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in the legal field.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law while working closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced legal environment. We will consider this person on a part time or full time basis.
