Branch Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations and drive business growth. This role is responsible for overseeing sales, warehouse and distribution activities, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience managing operations in a fast-paced trade-related environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead branch operations, sales, warehousing, and distribution activities to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer service goals.
Develop, manage, and coach branch employees, including hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and team development.
Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented workplace culture.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow business within the local market.
Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure inventory, warehouse, and distribution processes are executed safely and effectively.
Collaborate with leadership to achieve company objectives and support continued branch growth.

Technical Skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using CRM and ERP systems to manage customer relationships, sales activity, and operational workflows.
Experience with inventory management software and warehouse control systems.
Ability to utilize financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting tools to monitor branch performance and profitability.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new business applications and technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of management, branch operations, sales leadership, or related experience.
Experience overseeing warehouse, distribution, sales, or industrial operations preferred.
Background in construction, industrial supply, wholesale distribution, or other skilled trades-related industries required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and ERP systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting and budgeting tools.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to build customer relationships, lead teams, and drive business growth.
