Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support a manufacturing production team. This role involves operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, maintaining material flow, and helping ensure a safe and efficient work environment. 

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion and production machinery
• Inspect finished products to verify quality standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with materials
• Follow safety procedures and production requirements
• Assist in meeting production goals while minimizing waste and downtime

Equipment Used

• Production and extrusion machinery
• Saws and measuring devices
• Forklifts and pallet jacks

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Work in environments that may be hot or cold depending on seasonal conditions 

Work Environment

Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures throughout the year. Employees should be comfortable working in changing environmental conditions.
