CountyA construction and debris management company is seeking 4 dependable Traffic Flaggers to support a long-term Hurricane Helene project throughout Transylvania County. This position will help maintain safe traffic flow around active work zones while crews complete debris removal and construction-related work.

What You’ll Be Doing• Direct and guide traffic safely through active work zones• Communicate clearly with drivers and construction crews• Use signage and signals to control traffic flow• Monitor the work area to ensure the safety of workers and drivers• Follow all safety procedures and traffic control guidelines
What They’re Looking For• Reliable and punctual• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions• Ability to stand for extended periods of time• Good communication and awareness of surroundings• Safety-minded and able to follow instructions carefully
