Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced MIG Welder for a manufacturing client in Fresno.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions.
• Set up welding equipment and fabricate parts to specifications.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Experience welding aluminum or stainless steel is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Thursday
• Summer: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• After Summer: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• $20.00–$22.00/hour DOE (Higher pay may be considered based on experience.)
• Evaluation-to-Hire

This position may be required to work overtime on Fridays and occasional weekends as production needs require.
