Express Employment Professionals has an immediate opening with a growing company for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager.  This is a full-time position with benefits, etc.

We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics
Manager to oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations. This individual will be
responsible for inventory organization, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, warehouse
cleanliness, and supervising a part-time warehouse associate.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys staying organized, takes pride in maintaining a
clean warehouse, works independently, and is willing to lead by example. This is a working
manager position—not a desk job. The successful candidate must be comfortable
performing warehouse tasks while ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy.

Warehouse Operations
• Organize and maintain inventory using established warehouse procedures.
• Ensure all products are accurately labeled and stored for quick retrieval.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and annual physical
inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
Shipping & Receiving
• Process domestic and international shipments using:
• UPS WorldShip
• FedEx Ship Manager
• USPS (preferred)
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and customs paperwork when required.
• Coordinate freight shipments (LTL and palletized shipments preferred).
• Track outgoing shipments and resolve shipping issues with carriers.

Required Qualifications
• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience using UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Strong computer skills (Windows PC environment).
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead warehouse personnel.
• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified).

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and safely move inventory.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment year-round.
