Shift: Monday - Friday Guranteed 40 hours with opportunity for OT

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Service Helper to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water well systems. This is a hands-on role that involves working outdoors in various conditions, supporting technicians, and ensuring quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with water well installation, maintenance, and repair
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment as directed by the lead technician
• Perform general labor tasks, including digging, lifting, and moving materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete jobs efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, plumbing, or electrical preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
